Set and Costume Designer
Harry is an emerging set and costume designer based in Naarm/Melbourne and a recent graduate of the Bachelor of Fine Arts (Design and Production) at the Victorian College of the Arts (VCA). Harry has a keen eye for design and aesthetics and through his designs seeks to make theatre relevant and meaningful to contemporary audiences.
Harry’s VCA design credits include Costume Design for The Spook (director Daniela Farinacci), Set Design for The Hello Girls (director Jason Langley), and Design for WOW (choreography Alice Dixon & Caroline Meaden). Harry has recently completed internships with Dann Barber on Chess (director Tyran Parke), as well as with Anna Cordingley, on the design of the Monet’s Garden exhibition.
Last year, Harry’s efforts were recognised, with the Orloff Family Charitable Trust Scholarship for excellence. Alongside his theatrical design work, Harry is currently employed at Charcoalblue - Theatre Design Consultancy.
