Lighting Technician

As a freelance lighting technician, Seb has worked across Melbourne with many leading performing arts companies, including MTC, The Australian Ballet, Opera Australia, and Victorian Opera.

Seb’s technical credits include operating followspot for the Melbourne seasons of Chicago (Gordon Frost Organisation, 2019) and The Wedding Singer (David Venn Enterprises, 2021), in addition to countless crew and season work at Arts Centre Melbourne, Athenaeum Theatre, Palais Theatre and more.

His lighting design credits include Marveled: An Original Parody Cabaret (MICF, 2019) and Legally Blonde (UMMTA, 2019). His academic credits at Victorian College of the Arts (VCA) include Head Electrician for Reassemblage, NUTI, Origami, WOW and 10 degrees, and Technical Manager for Sweet Charity.

Specialising in lighting systems and management, Seb seeks to lead and integrate the team to best realise the lighting design for any given production.
